Katie has been involved in training in some format or another for as long as she can remember. From competing in several different sports from grass-roots through to county, regional and close to international level she knows what it takes to train hard and set goals.
Since her own aspirations within sport have changed, personal training seemed to be the natural path to take and Katie loves to help others make their fitness dreams become a reality.
For Katie it’s not just about exercising – it’s about making lifestyle changes which are sustainable and easy to implement within your life. As the old saying goes, ‘you can’t out train a bad diet.’ So if this is an area for concern Katie is happy to help advise and compliment the right type of eating habits with the right type of training.
Unlike most other personal trainers, I like to think that I am an approachable, unintimidating and enthusiastic character. I understand how happy exercise can make you feel and positivity is the only attitude I wish to radiate. I have a solid sporting background and from this have learnt what it takes to train hard, eat right, work within a team and as an individual athlete. I am a REPS Level 3 qualified PT who works in and around South West London and North West Kent. Personal training with me is not only a great way to achieve your fitness goals but also an excuse to have some fun whilst exercising!
I offer 1:1 personal training, pairs, groups and classes. Every session I do is tailored towards the individual so I make sure we are on top of achieving what you signed up for. I train people in their homes, gardens, local green space and parks. I come to you, I supply all the equipment – all you have to do for me, is bring the right attitude 😉
I work with clients of all fitness abilities so please do not think it is beyond your threshold – that is simply not the case.

Having indulged in a bit too much over the last few months, I decided to get back to the gym and do something about it. With the help of major training I was able to loose around a stone and a half whilst also improving my 5K running time by over eight minutes. Due to me living some hours away from Katie meant this was done through regular contact over the phone and via email, where I would send her my progress updates and she would suggest different exercises and diet plans to help me achieve my goals. Although not your regular personal training situation, all the support and encouragement that I needed to get me through was there, with the results speaking for themselves!
